It’s no coincidence that most of our society’s most successful people are very self-confident and possess healthy self-esteem. They believe in themselves and in their abilities. We are all born with that confidence. But through life’s experiences and past failures we can learn to believe that we are not good enough or somehow unworthy. Often external influences and conditioning that can often come from teachers, parents, spouses, family, friends, coaches, TV, whoever or whatever.
The truth is, if you are feeling unworthy or inferior you can create a new self image with hypnosis. You will be able to see yourself in a new light as confident, successful, self-reliant and sure of yourself. A lack of self-confidence is often root of most challenges and issues I work with as a hypnotherapist. Fears, anxiety, depression, weight issues, sleep disorders, just to name a few, all of these can stem from and be attributed to poor self-esteem and lack of confidence.
